Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken Broth 20 fl oz
- Udon Noodles 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Parsley to taste
- Beans 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the sorted and washed beans in cold water for 3-4 hours.
Step 2
Then drain the water, add the beans to the broth or cold water, and cook until soft.
Step 3
Add the sautéed onion with oil, salt, pepper, add the noodles, and cook for another 20 minutes.
Step 4
When serving, sprinkle the soup with parsley.
