Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Celery salt to taste
- Marjoram to taste
- Chickpea 1 can
- Canned Baby Beets 1 can
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 15 oz
- Chicken Broth 25 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté pieces of chicken in oil, remove and keep warm.
Step 2
Dice the celery and garlic, sauté in the fat used for frying the chicken, add corn, peas, beans, salt, pepper, paprika, pour in the broth, and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Add slices of the sautéed chicken breast and marjoram to the soup.
