Bean Sand Cake
Ingredients
- Sugar 10 oz
- White Beans 1 can
- Graham Crackers 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Starch film 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the beans and mash them.
Step 2
Beat 5 egg yolks with 300 g of sugar, and whip 5 egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add the mashed beans and a pinch of salt to the yolks and mix. Fold in the whipped egg whites and crushed crackers.
Step 3
Pour the prepared batter into a greased baking pan lined with greased parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 200°C. Immediately remove the finished cake from the paper, cut it in half horizontally, and layer with cream.
Step 4
To prepare the cream, beat 1 egg with the remaining sugar, pour in the milk, and add the starch. Bring to a boil, let cool slightly, and add the softened butter.
