Bean Cream Soup with Nuts

Description
This tender, creamy soup with a pleasant color is sure to please you. It can be served with garlic rye croutons. It is advisable to soak the beans in cold water for 3–4 hours or overnight, and then drain the first boiling water to avoid any unpleasant sensations in the stomach.
Ingredients
- Beans 10 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Walnuts 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beans in enough water for the soup.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and garlic in vegetable oil, then add a tablespoon of flour and fry a little longer.
Step 3
Add the sautéed mixture to the bean broth, season with salt, and stir in the ground walnuts. Cook for another 5–10 minutes.
Step 4
At the end of cooking, add herbs, preferably cilantro and dill.
