Bavarian Plum Pie
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Vanilla extract ½ spoons
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Plums 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the butter with sugar and vanilla essence, and mix until smooth. Add the egg, sour cream, lemon zest, salt, and mix again.
Step 2
Sift the flour, add it to the butter mixture, and knead the dough.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a shallow round baking dish and evenly spread the dough in it. Place halved plums on top. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
