Ingredients
- Pistachios 4 tablespoons
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Strawberries 10 oz
- Lime Juice 1 teaspoon
- Cardamom a pinch
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Basil ½ bunch
- Natural Yogurt 10 oz
- Lemon Zest 1 teaspoon
- Egg whites 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Caramelize the sugar, add chopped pistachios, and mix thoroughly. Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper, flatten it into a sheet, let it cool, and break it into pieces.
Step 2
Blend the strawberries with lime juice, cardamom, and 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar. For a smoother consistency, strain through a sieve.
Step 3
Chop the basil. Whip the yogurt with the remaining powdered sugar, basil, and lemon zest.
Step 4
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the yogurt cream. Spoon the mixture over the strawberry sauce and sprinkle with caramelized pistachios.
