- Water 5 fl oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Basil 1 sprig
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine water, yeast, salt, sugar, and 20 ml of vegetable oil.

Mix well.
Step 4
Add flour and mix.
Step 5
Knead the dough by hand.
Step 6
Place the dough in a baking dish in an even layer. Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
Step 7
In a blender, combine cheese, 20 ml of vegetable oil, basil leaves, garlic, and a pinch of salt.
Step 8
Blend until smooth.
Step 9
Spread the sauce over the bread.
Step 10
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes.
