  • Shortbread Cookies 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Water 0 fl oz
  • Heavy cream 10 oz
  • Bananas 3 pieces
  • Sweetened condensed milk 10 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 2 teaspoons
  • Instant coffee ½ teaspoon
  • Grated Chocolate to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Break the cookies into small pieces and crush them into crumbs. You can use a blender.

Step 2

Melt the butter, mix it with water, and bring the mixture to a boil.

Step 3

Pour the butter and water mixture into the cookie crumbs.

Step 4

Mix well with your hands — the dough should stick together slightly.

Step 5

Press the dough into a mold to form a crust.

Step 6

Bake the base at 345°F for 15 minutes, then let it cool completely without removing it from the mold.

Spread the sweetened condensed milk over the crust in a thick layer.

Then layer the sliced bananas on top.

Mix the heavy cream (over 30%) with powdered sugar and instant coffee.

Whip the cream until it reaches a creamy consistency.

Spread the whipped cream over the bananas and smooth it out.

Sprinkle the finished pie with grated chocolate to taste.

Refrigerate the pie for 2–3 hours to let it set and become more cohesive. It can be eaten right away; it will still be delicious.
