- Shortbread Cookies 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- 10% cream 15 fl oz
- Bananas 1 piece
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 1 can
- Instant coffee 1 tablespoon
- Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies into crumbs using a blender (or by hand), then pour in the melted butter and mix until well combined. Press the mixture into a springform pan, compacting it firmly. Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for 10–15 minutes to allow the base to dry out. Let it cool completely.
Step 2
Spread and distribute the sweetened condensed milk over the base. Slice the bananas lengthwise and place them on top of the condensed milk.
Step 3
Whip the cream for a couple of minutes, then add the coffee and powdered sugar, and continue whipping until soft peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over a layer of bananas, smooth the surface, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 4
Remove from the refrigerator, run a sharp knife along the edges of the mold, and take off the ring. Taste immediately.
