Banoffee Cake
Ingredients
- Graham Crackers 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Cream (40%) 5 fl oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Bananas 3 pieces
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 10 oz
- Chocolate shavings to taste
- Vanilla Pod 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a crust. Create edges. Place in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
Step 3
Combine chopped bananas with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla from the pods. Spread into the chilled crust and refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Whip the chilled heavy cream with powdered sugar and cream cheese. Decorate the cake beautifully with the whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
Step 5
Carefully remove the cake from the pan onto a serving plate.
