- Bananas 6 pieces
- Demerara Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Vanilla Ice Cream to taste
- Cardamom ½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grease the baking dish with butter. Slice the peeled bananas into thick rounds, arrange them in the dish, and sprinkle with demerara sugar, along with the remaining butter cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Place the dish with bananas in a preheated oven at 390°F for about five minutes, then remove it, sprinkle with ground cardamom, and drizzle with orange juice.
Step 3
Place the bananas back in the oven for another five minutes. Serve with lemon ice cream.
