- Meyer Lemon Juice ½ ml
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Honey 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Peel the bananas, cut them in half, place them in a baking dish, and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning. Melt the butter.
Step 2
Blend the cottage cheese with the egg, butter, and honey until smooth and thick enough to spread evenly over the bananas. If necessary, add a bit more cottage cheese.
Step 3
Spread the mixture evenly over the surface of the bananas. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 430°F and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
