
Banana Walnut Cake

Description
Walnuts can be replaced with any other nuts or omitted altogether. But it’s definitely tastier and more interesting with them)
Ingredients
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Chopped Walnuts 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Make a puree from the bananas. The bananas should be ripe. Mash them with a potato masher in a bowl.
Step 2
Melt the butter (in the microwave for 20-30 seconds). Pour the melted butter into the banana mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add sugar, baking powder, egg, and flour. Mix everything very well with a spatula. Add the nuts.
Step 4
Grease the cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour, shaking out the excess.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the pan.
Step 6
Bake at 345°F for about an hour. Check for doneness with a skewer. If a crust forms but the inside is not ready, you can cover it with foil — shiny side up.
Step 7
Once we are sure the cake is ready, take it out and let it cool in the pan. After cooling, carefully remove it and enjoy the soft and fluffy delight)
