Description
This recipe is a base! You can experiment further by adding whatever you have on hand: nuts, berries, dried fruits - about 100 grams, not too much, otherwise it won't bake properly. You can also add cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla, or nutmeg to taste.
Ingredients
- Bananas 3 pieces
- Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Coarse Flour 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash 3 large bananas with a fork or blender.
Step 2
Add lemon juice (or any other sour juice).
Step 3
Then add sugar and baking soda.
Step 4
Add olive oil.
Step 5
Add flour.
Step 6
Add fillings and spices to taste.
Step 7
Bake in a greased pan at 355°F for 50-55 minutes.
