  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Sugar ½ glasses
  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Water 2 spoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • 10% cream 2 spoons
  • Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon a pinch
  • Walnuts 5 oz
  • Honey 5 oz
  • Brown Sugar 5 oz
  • Bananas 3 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the shortcrust base, sift the flour into a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, salt, and 125 grams of diced butter. Rub the mixture until crumbly, then add an egg along with cold water and quickly knead the dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a tart pan with butter. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out into a large circle. Place it in the prepared pan, trimming any excess. Line the top with parchment paper, fill it with dry beans, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the parchment and beans, and allow the crust to cool slightly. Lower the oven temperature to 320°F.

Step 3

For the filling, peel the bananas and blend them with sugar, vanilla extract, egg, melted butter (1.5 tablespoons), cream, and cinnamon. Spread the filling over the dough.

Step 4

For the filling, whisk together the brown sugar, honey, egg, and remaining butter until smooth. Arrange the nuts in a circle on top of the filling and pour the prepared mixture over them. Bake the pie for 1 hour.
