- Sugar ½ cup
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Rum 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 0.3 cup

Step 1
Peel and mash the bananas with a fork.
Step 2
Add sugar and mix.
Step 3
Add eggs and mix.
Step 4
Add rum. Mix. Sift flour with baking powder and mix.
Step 5
Add oil. Mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Let the dough rest for 20–30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease the baking pan with oil.
Step 7
Bake for 45–50 minutes until cooked through.
