
Banana Pudding with Cookies

Ingredients
- Milk 2 glasses
- Sugar 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Starch film 2 spoons
- Vanillin a pinch
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Shortbread Cookies 15 pieces
- Whole egg 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the milk without bringing it to a boil. Lightly whisk the egg yolks, then gradually add about a quarter of the heated milk while continuing to stir. Pour the mixture of egg yolks and milk into the previously combined dry ingredients, whisk until smooth, and then transfer to a pot with the remaining milk.
Step 2
Stirring, cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat. Let it cool (the pudding will thicken a bit more) covered (to prevent a skin from forming). Meanwhile, prepare the molds, placing cookies and sliced bananas at the bottom. Pour the pudding over them.
Step 3
Add a couple more cookies and banana slices, then pour in the remaining pudding. Depending on the dish, you can create several layers by alternating cookies, bananas, and pudding. Decorate with whipped cream, which is often used for this purpose.
