Ingredients
- Condensed Milk 15 oz
- Condensed Milk 10 fl oz
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Ground Cinnamon ¼ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring the milk to a boil along with a cinnamon stick and reduce it by half over the course of thirty minutes. Remove the cinnamon. Pour a third of the milk into a 20×20 cm dish, top with half of the sliced bananas and half of the cheese. Pour in another third of the milk and layer with more bananas and cheese. Cover with the remaining milk and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 2
Bake for half an hour at 355°F.
