Ingredients
- Sugar ½ cup
- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Pears 2 pieces
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the peeled bananas with a fork. Peel the pears and puree them (in a blender). Mix with the banana mixture and add sugar. Add milk, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt, and mix again. Add the eggs one at a time, beating the mixture with a mixer on low speed, or with a whisk. Finally, add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder, and stir the batter until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake the pie at 180–375°F for 30–40 minutes.
