Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Refined Oil 2 tablespoons
- Fermented Baked Milk 5 fl oz
- Bananas 1 piece
- Jerusalem Artichoke Syrup 1 tablespoon
- Strawberries 5 oz
- Chocolate Sauce to taste
- Poppy seeds to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the pancakes, combine milk, flour, eggs, and oil.
Step 2
Finely chop the bananas and strawberries, and mix with fermented baked milk (or sour cream) adding a tablespoon of Jerusalem artichoke syrup (or honey).
Step 3
Roll the pancakes with the filling into a tube. Serve with chocolate sauce and poppy seeds.
