
Banana Pancakes with Strawberry Sauce

Description
You can try making the sauce with any other berries instead of strawberries. Raspberry sauce turns out very delicious.
Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Strawberry 15 oz
- Potato protein 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the bananas in a blender (you can use other available tools, just make sure to chop them as finely as possible). You can add half of the milk to make it easier to achieve a smooth mixture.
Step 2
Add the eggs, 50 g of sugar, the remaining milk, and oil to the mixture. Stir and then add the sifted flour. Mix everything until smooth.
Step 3
Lightly heat the frying pan, you can grease it with oil. Cook the pancakes on low heat using the prepared batter.
Step 4
For the sauce, mix the strawberries with the remaining sugar and place on the heat. This can be done without thawing the berries. Wait until juice is released and the mixture boils, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Meanwhile, mix the starch with 2–3 teaspoons of cold water. Add the diluted starch to the boiling strawberries while stirring. After it boils again, remove the sauce from the heat.
Step 6
Serve the pancakes drizzled with the sauce.
