- Ground Oats 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1½ teaspoons

- Walnuts 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Ocean salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 2
Sift the flour beforehand.
Step 3
Mash the ripe bananas — you can use a fork, but it's easier and better to use a blender, add the egg and vegetable oil.
Step 4
Combine the dry and wet mixtures, stir, and add chopped walnuts.
Step 5
Distribute the batter into muffin cups and place in an oven preheated to 355°F for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.
