Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Flaxseeds ¼ cup
- Chopped almonds ¼ cup
- Baking Powder 1½ teaspoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Buttermilk 1 cup
- Maple syrup ¼ cup
- Olive Oil to taste
- Beans 1 piece
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix both flours, chopped nuts (to a flour-like consistency), baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 2
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, maple syrup, and mashed banana.
Step 3
Combine both mixtures and mix well.
Step 4
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a little olive oil and fry pancakes to your desired size, adding more oil as needed, until cooked through and golden brown on both sides.
