I added raisins to half of the muffins, but that's entirely up to your preference. Nutritional value per 100 grams (1 muffin) — 359 kcal.

Ingredients

  • Margarine 5 oz
  • Bananas 2 pieces
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Nuts 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, cream the margarine with the sugar, add the eggs, and mix well.

Step 3

Add bananas to the mixture.

Step 4

Add the dissolved baking soda (or 2 teaspoons of baking powder) and flour. Knead into a slightly sticky dough.

Step 5

Chop the nuts, add them to the dough, and mix well.

Step 6

Grease the molds with butter and fill them with batter up to 2/3 full.

Step 7

Place in a preheated oven at 355°F. Bake for 15–20 minutes.
