Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Vanilla extract 0 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
- Safflower Oil 5 fl oz
- Nutella® 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the banana puree and sugar.
Step 3
Beat the egg into the banana mixture, then add the oil and vanilla.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
Step 5
Fold in the chopped nuts and mix again.
Step 6
Pour the batter into prepared muffin cups, filling them 3/4 full, then add a teaspoon of Nutella on top and gently swirl with a toothpick.
Step 7
Bake for 20–25 minutes in an oven preheated to 355°F.
