- Wheat Flour 2½ glasses
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Raw cane sugar 0,2 glasses
- Fine white sugar 0,8 glasses
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Baking Powder 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the butter and sugars (both brown and white), then add the eggs, flour, and baking powder. Mash the bananas with a fork and incorporate them into the batter. The mixture should be a thick batter; if it is too runny, add more flour until you achieve the desired consistency. Pour the batter into a muffin tin.
Step 2
Bake in the oven at 390°F for 40 minutes.
