  • Bananas 2 pieces
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Cream 5 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon

Step 1

Mash the peeled bananas into a puree, add lemon juice. Whip the cream, add powdered sugar and banana puree. If the mousse is made with egg whites, they should be whipped and gradually incorporated into the banana mixture.

Step 2

Top with chocolate shavings or cookies.
