Description

Banana Mandarin Cake

Ingredients

  • Mandarins 5 pieces
  • Bananas 0 oz
  • Muesli 1 cup
  • Coconut flakes 1 cup
  • White Chocolate 10 oz
  • Kefir 15 fl oz
  • 10% cream 5 fl oz
  • Gelatin 0 oz
  • Sugar 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare in a removable mold: line the bottom of the mold with plastic wrap.

Step 2

Melt the white chocolate in a water bath.

Step 3

Mix the muesli and cornflakes with the melted chocolate and layer them at the bottom of the mold, then place in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens — this is the base of the cake.

Step 4

Add sugar to the kefir and mix (the sugar should completely dissolve).

Step 5

Whip the 35% cream into a cream.

Step 6

Soak the gelatin in a small amount of water, then dissolve it in a water bath after it swells.

Step 7

For the soufflé: mix the kefir (with sugar) and whipped cream, and gradually pour in the warm gelatin while continuing to stir.

Step 8

Pour the soufflé into the mold with the muesli and chocolate, and add pieces of mandarins and bananas.

Step 9

Place in the refrigerator until fully set, about 30 minutes. Remove from the mold and decorate with bananas and mandarins; you can drizzle melted chocolate or any cream on top.
