Ingredients

  • Bananas 1 piece
  • Grapefruits 5 pieces
  • Cottage cheese 5 oz
  • Raisins 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Buckwheat Groats 0 oz
  • Baking Powder a pinch
  • Vanillin a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Leave the banana in its peel for now.

Step 2

Make a coating for the banana from all the ingredients: blend the cottage cheese with grapes, raisins, and egg white in a blender, then add flour, vanillin, and baking powder at the end. You should get a thick cottage cheese mixture that sticks slightly to your hands (that's okay).

Step 3

Peel the banana and cut it into slices about 1 cm thick.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a baking tray with oil or line it with parchment paper; a silicone mat also works great.

Step 5

Now for the fun part: take the banana, gently press it in your hand, but not too hard, rounding it slightly. Then take some of the cottage cheese mixture and wrap the banana in it, rolling it into a ball for evenness. Do this with all the slices.

Step 6

Bake for about 15 minutes, then take them out and brush with egg yolk on all sides. Then return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes.
