You will need 3 wooden skewers. Chocolate-covered bananas are ready to serve! You can place the bananas in the refrigerator until serving.

  • Chocolate 5 oz
  • Bananas 3 pieces
  • Hazelnut 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Melt the chocolate bar over low heat in a water bath, adding 1–2 tablespoons of water.

Step 2

Instead of chocolate, you can make chocolate glaze. To do this, mix 1 tablespoon of cocoa with 1 cup of sugar, add 3 tablespoons of sour cream. Bring this mixture to a boil and remove from heat after a minute. The chocolate glaze is ready. Chop the hazelnuts or other nuts, for example, in a blender.

Step 3

Cut the bananas into pieces and thread them onto the wooden skewers.

Step 4

Dip the banana on the skewer into the chocolate and roll it well in the chopped nuts.
