Peel and slice the bananas into rings about 1-2 cm thick.

Arrange them on a plate and place in the freezer for 2 hours or more.

In a blender, combine the bananas and add a handful of dried black currants.

Blend the ingredients for 2-3 minutes until smooth. If there are banana pieces left on top during blending, stop the blender and stir the mixture.
