Description
It's best to use ripe bananas. You can experiment with other types of berries, but only dark berries will resemble pieces of chocolate.

- Bananas 2 pieces
- Dried Black Currants 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Peel and slice the bananas into rings about 1-2 cm thick.
Step 2
Arrange them on a plate and place in the freezer for 2 hours or more.
Step 3
In a blender, combine the bananas and add a handful of dried black currants.
Step 4
Blend the ingredients for 2-3 minutes until smooth. If there are banana pieces left on top during blending, stop the blender and stir the mixture.
Step 5
Scoop into portions and serve immediately.
