Step 1
Peel the bananas, slice them, and place them in the freezer for 1 hour. Let the frozen bananas sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes.
Step 2
Blend the bananas in a blender, adding the cottage cheese, orange juice, vanilla sugar, and liqueur (such as Baileys) one spoonful at a time.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a mold and place it briefly in the freezer.
