  • Sugar 6 tablespoons
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Banana puree ½ cup
  • Vanillin ½ teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Yogurt powder 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon 0.1 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder ¼ teaspoon
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour ¾ cup
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • 33% Cream ⅓ cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 345°F and grease the donut pan with butter.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with sugar (for about 10 minutes until light and fluffy). Add the banana puree, oil, vanillin, and yogurt. Mix the sifted salt, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and flour. Add this mixture to the main batter. Pour the dough into the molds and place in the oven for 10–12 minutes.

Step 3

While the donuts are baking, heat the cream in a small saucepan (until steam starts to appear). Pour ¾ of the hot cream over the broken chocolate in a heatproof bowl, and let it sit for about 2 minutes to melt the chocolate. Stir, and if the mixture is too thick, add the remaining cream to reach the desired consistency.

Step 4

Remove the donuts from the oven and let them cool. After that, dip each donut in the chocolate glaze and place them on a baking sheet. You can sprinkle with colorful sprinkles or chopped nuts. Allow the chocolate to set and serve.
