  • Bananas 25 oz
  • All-purpose flour 5 oz
  • Granulated sugar 5 oz
  • Chocolate Chips 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Dark chocolate (55%) 0 oz
  • Chopped Walnuts 0 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Salt a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Step 2

Mix the flour and butter until large crumbs form. Add 75 g of sugar, walnuts, and chocolate chips to this mixture.

Step 3

Peel and slice the bananas. Evenly distribute half of them at the bottom of a baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with zest.

Step 4

Top with the remaining sugar and grated chocolate. Then layer the remaining bananas evenly on top.

Step 5

Spread the crumb mixture over the top, gently pressing it onto the bananas. Bake for 35-40 minutes until lightly golden.
