Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Bananas 5 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Vanillin 1½ teaspoons
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
- Ground clove a pinch
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Yogurt powder 10 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Whipped Cream 5 fl oz
- Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Walnuts 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, puree the bananas, add the butter, and then the other ingredients for the crepes, blending until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the batter into a bowl (it should be quite liquid), cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Step 3
Whisk the chilled batter thoroughly and fry the crepes in a hot skillet on both sides until golden brown.
Step 4
Filling: Whip the cream cheese until airy, gradually add the yogurt, sugar, and vanillin. Whip until a smooth, airy mixture forms.
Step 5
Spread the filling between each crepe, and apply the remaining cream on top of the cake.
Step 6
For the glaze, whip the cream with brown sugar and butter on medium speed in a saucepan.
Step 7
Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the vanillin, salt, and chopped walnuts.
Step 8
Immediately pour the glaze over the cake.
