Description
Cornstarch can be replaced with semolina (two tablespoons), and you can use another fruit or dried fruit instead of banana.
Ingredients
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- 9% Cottage Cheese 5 oz
- Vanilla Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch 2 tablespoons
- 15% Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, cottage cheese, sour cream, and cornstarch. Add salt and beat well.
Step 2
Grease the molds with butter. Place 4 pieces of banana at the bottom of each mold. Distribute the batter among the molds, filling them to 2/3 full.
Step 3
Bake for thirty minutes at 355°F. Serve in the molds.
