Very delicious, sweet, and aromatic cookies made from just two ingredients: banana and oats. You can add nuts, dried fruits, and cocoa if desired. Only 88 calories per 100 grams.
Ingredients
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Sunflower Seeds to taste
- Oat flakes 15 oz
- Raisins to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the bananas until smooth, then add the oats. The mixture should have a thick consistency. Remove it from the blender and add the remaining ingredients to taste.
Step 2
Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the mixture to set better. Then, use a spoon to place the cookies onto a silicone mat (or foil or parchment paper).
Step 3
Bake in the oven at 340°F until the cookies turn golden brown around the edges. This will take about 10 to 15 minutes.
