Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Sugar 5 oz
- Bananas 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the bananas with a fork or potato masher, or use a blender.
Step 2
Add the eggs, oil, and sugar, and whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Add the sifted flour mixed with salt, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla sugar, and mix until a uniform batter forms.
Step 4
Fold in the chopped chocolate.
Step 5
Spoon the batter into greased muffin tins (if using silicone or paper liners, no greasing is needed).
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake for about 25–30 minutes.
