Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Baking Powder 2½ spoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Vanillin to taste
  • Sugar 10 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Bananas 4 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar, then add vanilla (or vanilla sugar) to taste.

Step 3

First, mash the bananas until smooth. This is easily done with a simple potato masher instead of a blender. For this cake, it's better to use ripe bananas.

Step 4

Add the banana puree to the eggs beaten with sugar and vanilla.

Step 5

In another bowl, mix the flour with a pinch of salt and baking powder.

Step 6

Mix all the ingredients together, stirring gently.

Step 7

Chop the chocolate. The way you chop it is up to your preference. If you chop it finely, you'll get a cake with chocolate crumbs. If you chop it coarsely, you'll have pieces of melting chocolate, which is also very delicious.

Step 8

Gently fold the chopped chocolate into the main mixture, stirring to combine.

Step 9

Grease the muffin tin with butter or margarine.

Step 10

Pour the mixture into a baking dish and place it in the oven.

Step 11

Bake at 390°F for 50–60 minutes until golden brown.
