Ingredients
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- Cardamom to taste
- Honey to taste
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour 1 cup
- Toasted Sesame to taste
- Carob gum 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the bananas in a blender, add baking soda, cardamom, cinnamon, honey, and carob. Let it sit for 20 minutes to allow the buns to rise better. Add the flour and knead the dough with a spoon. To make the dough softer, you can add a little wheat flour.
Step 2
Sprinkle the finished balls with sesame seeds and place them in the oven. The baking dish should be greased with melted or sunflower oil beforehand. Bake in a multicooker on the 'Bake' setting for 40 minutes.
