Banana Bread with Peanut Butter
Baking and Desserts • Mexican
Description
Bananas are an incredibly popular ingredient in Mexico, and it's no surprise they are added to many dishes. Our banana bread is a simple dessert made from bananas, wheat flour, hazelnuts, and butter. All the ingredients are mixed into a batter, placed in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper, and baked in the oven. Once baked, the bread is best spread with peanut butter and garnished with banana slices. Serve it with cream, ideally flavored with vanilla. Recipe by John Smith, chef at a local American restaurant.
