- Salt to taste
- Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the bananas and puree them in a blender.
Step 2
Mix the dough from flour, sugar, eggs, corn oil, bananas, milk, baking soda, and salt. The dough should be creamy and completely homogeneous.
Step 3
Grease the baking pan with butter. Pour the dough into it and bake in the oven at 355°F for 1 hour.
