Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ spoons
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Bananas 3½ pieces
- Mini Chocolate Chips 5 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2
In a larger bowl, mix 100 grams of brown sugar, yogurt, and room temperature butter.
Step 3
Beat with a mixer on medium speed for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the eggs one at a time to the butter mixture. Only add the next egg after the previous one has been fully incorporated.
Step 5
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until smooth on low speed.
Step 6
Mash 3 bananas with a fork and add them to the batter.
Step 7
Now you can add the nuts and chocolate. It's better to fold them in with a spatula.
Step 8
Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil and line it with parchment paper. Transfer the dough into the prepared pan. Decorate the bread with half a banana and sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
Step 9
Bake at 355°F for 60–70 minutes. It's best to use the convection setting. You can check if the bread is done by inserting a skewer: if it comes out clean, the bread is ready.
Step 10
Before removing the bread from the pan, let it cool on a wire rack for about 1 hour. Slice into serving pieces and serve.
