Ingredients

  • Bananas 2 pieces
  • Pumpkin 15 oz
  • Soy Vanilla Milk 5 fl oz
  • Cinnamon a pinch
  • Ground Nutmeg a pinch
  • Dried Apricots 10 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Freeze the bananas. This will take about a day.

Step 2

Cut the pumpkin into cubes and boil for twenty minutes.

Step 3

In a blender, combine the peeled bananas, pumpkin, soy milk, dates, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a few ice cubes, and blend until smooth.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for two hours. After that, serve.
