Banana and Condensed Milk Cake
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder ½ cup
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Sugar 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Condensed Milk 2 cans
- Bananas 3 pieces
- Heavy cream 15 oz
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat the sugar with the butter.
Step 2
Add the egg to the flour and cocoa mixture, and knead into a soft dough. Form it into a flattened ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm. Place the dough in a baking pan. Prick the dough with a fork in several places. Place it in a cool place for 20 minutes. Bake at 390°F for 10–12 minutes — if the dough puffs up, prick it with a fork.
Step 4
Cool in the pan for 2–3 minutes, then carefully remove from the pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
Step 5
For the cream, whip the heavy cream well. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath and let it cool slightly. Mix the cream and chocolate together with the vanilla sugar.
Step 6
In the pan with the baked dough, spread the condensed milk. Chill. Layer the sliced bananas on top of the condensed milk, cover with the cream, and sprinkle with cocoa.
