Description
You can try making the paste at home: take nuts of your choice, roast them until brown over medium heat, and blend them until finely ground. Add balsamic sauce and mix well.

- Cream 22% 0 fl oz
- White Balsamic Cream 2 spoons
- "Balsam Pasta" 2 spoons
- Sugar 0 oz
- Dry Malted Milk Powder 0 oz
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Dextrose 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine sugar, dextrose, and powdered milk.
Step 2
Heat the milk to 165°F, then stir in the egg yolks and cream, add the dry mixture, and blend everything together until smooth.
Step 3
Add the prepared "Balsam" paste (which includes balsamic sauce and roasted nuts ground to a puree) and mix everything again.
Step 4
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator and pour it into the ice cream maker.
Step 5
Scoop the finished ice cream into serving dishes, drizzle with balsamic sauce, and serve.
