- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Vanilla Pod 1 piece
- Butter 5 oz
- Pear Jam 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix room temperature butter with powdered sugar.
Step 2
Add the egg white and flour. Remove the seeds from the vanilla pod and add them to the batter.
Step 3
Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe small cookies onto the baking sheet.
Step 4
Make an indentation in the center of each cookie using your finger, and then pipe in the jam using a pastry bag. Bake the cookies for 12 minutes at a temperature of 430°F.
