  • Pumpkin 1 cup
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Brown Sugar ½ cup
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
  • Grated Ginger Root ½ teaspoon
  • Dark rum 1 tablespoon
  • Condensed Milk 1 cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 320 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

In a bowl, beat the egg well.

Step 3

In a blender, combine the chopped pumpkin pulp, egg, sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon, rum, and condensed milk. Blend until smooth and pour into pudding molds.

Step 4

Place the molds in a deep baking tray and fill with hot water until it covers half of the molds.

Step 5

Bake for about 40 minutes until done (you can check doneness by inserting a knife into the center — it should come out clean).
