Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Broccoli ¼ cup
- Bacon 4 slices
- Cheshire Cheese 0 oz
- Scallions 2 stalks
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Milk ¼ cup
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes well, dry them, poke several times with a fork, and wrap in foil. Place in the oven for about 1 hour until cooked.
Step 3
Meanwhile, fry the chopped bacon until crispy.
Step 4
Unwrap the potatoes, make a cross-shaped cut on top, and carefully scoop out some of the flesh.
Step 5
Transfer the flesh to a bowl and mash it. Add the finely chopped broccoli, grated cheddar, bacon, chopped green onions, sour cream, and milk. Mix well.
Step 6
Stuff the mixture back into the potatoes and bake at 390°F for about 30 minutes.
