Step 1
Preheat the oven to 445°F.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes well and dry them. Cut into small wedges (you can peel them if desired) and transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for about 30–35 minutes until cooked and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
